2. 定製服務特別約定：

   • 我們提供包括但不限於錶殼錶帶加厚包金/鍍金、更換或加裝高端鑽圈（後鑲鑽）、專屬雷射刻字、非標特殊材質錶帶裁剪等高度個性化定製服務。

   • 定製訂單一經確認並進入工廠排單製作流程後，買家即不得以任何理由取消訂單、中途更改設計或要求退還定金/全額貨款。

3. 價格變動： 本網站保留隨時調整商品售價、國際物流補貼及定製工藝工費的權利，恕不另行個別通知。已付清全款或已支付定金的訂單，其價格不受後續調價影響。

三、 頂級品管質檢（QC）與出貨標準

1. 嚴格出貨品管： 為確保每枚交付至您手中的腕錶均達到頂級品質，我們在每日出貨前均會進行鐵律級的精密儀器檢測：

   • 外觀工藝檢視： 嚴格對比細節，確保打磨、字面與防偽標記完美無瑕。

   • 專業校錶儀測試： 針對機芯進行多方位走時精準度、擺幅及偏振檢測，確保運作數據完全合規。

   • 深度功能運作： 確保所有複雜功能（如計時、日曆、動力儲存等）運作順暢。

2. QC 影片確認： 出貨前，客服團隊將為買家提供該枚手錶的實拍品管（QC）影片與數據照片。買家確認無誤後方安排打包發出。

四、 物流、跨境運輸與簽收規範

1. 配送時效： 我們將委託第三方國際物流或快遞公司進行跨境配送。頁面顯示的預估物流時效僅供參考，不作為延遲賠償的法定依據。

2. 包裹簽收義務：

   • 買家在簽收快遞時，務必當場檢查外包裝是否完好、包裹是否被拆封或破損。

   • 強烈建議買家在開箱時進行全程不間斷錄影（開箱影片）。若收到商品時發現有物理破損或商品不符，必須在簽收後 24小時內 聯繫客服並附上開箱影片。未提供影片證明或超過24小時反饋者，一律視為商品完整交付。

3. 海關與特殊免責： 商品在跨境運輸過程中如遭遇不可抗力（如惡劣天氣、各國海關政策調整、隨機抽檢扣關等），我們將積極協助物流公司處理，但因海關查驗導致的時效延誤或扣關風險，雙方應依具體約定進行補發或協商處理。

五、 一年期售後保固與防水免責規範

1. 一年機芯保固： 自買家物流簽收商品之日起算，本站針對手錶機芯（非人為故意損壞、摔落、磕碰之非人為故障）提供為期一年（365天）的免費售後保修保固服務。

2. 精密機械與防水免責（核心條款）：

   • 本站部分手錶款式雖具備優良的防水設計，但手錶屬於高精密機械結構，其防水分組與氣密性會隨著配戴時間、環境變化、溫度劇烈起伏（如洗熱水澡、溫泉、三溫暖、冷熱交替）以及使用者的操作習慣而產生自然老化、磨損或失效。

   • 【進水判定免責】 凡因任何原因（包括但不限於：未鎖緊錶冠、洗熱水澡受潮、高壓水柱沖洗、超出防水深度等）導致的手錶內部進水、起霧、水氣凝結、機芯生鏽或面盤受潮，一律不屬於免費保固範圍。買家須自行全額承擔所有的檢修費、零件更換費及往返運費。

六、 智慧財產權與免責聲明

1. 網站內容版權： 本網站上的所有文字、圖片、影片、商標、排版設計及軟體程式，均屬於 Grand Watch House 或其權利人所有，未經書面許可，嚴禁任何同行或第三方進行複製、盜用或用於商業目的。

2. 網站營運中斷免責： 因網路系統維護、電信設備故障、駭客攻擊或不可抗力導致網站服務短暫中斷、數據遺失或交易延遲，本網站不承擔間接經濟損失的賠償責任。

   II. Product Information, Pricing & Custom Modification Agreement

   • Product Presentation: All products displayed on this Website are featured using actual physical photography or high-definition live quality control (QC) videos. Due to variations in monitor displays, shooting light, or the nature of meticulous handcrafting (e.g., hand laser-engraving, hand diamond-setting, artisan gold-wrapping), minor aesthetic variances may occur. The final physical product delivered shall prevail.

   • Special Agreement on Custom Modification Services:

     • We provide highly sophisticated, personalized luxury custom modification services. This includes, but is not limited to: case and bracelet heavy 18K gold wrapping/plating, premium aftermarket diamond-setting and iced-out bezels (High-grade Moissanite / Top-tier Lab-grown Diamonds), bespoke laser engraving, precision resizing of non-standard exotic straps, and premium aftermarket part replacements (custom dials, hands, date discs, and sapphire crystals).

     • Once a custom modification order is confirmed and enters the factory production pipeline, the order is deemed final. The buyer shall not cancel the order, alter the design specifications mid-way, or request a refund of the deposit/full payment under any circumstances.

   • Price Fluctuations: We reserve the right to adjust product retail prices, international logistics subsidies, and custom modification labor fees at any time without prior individual notice. Orders that have already been paid in full or secured with a deposit will not be affected by subsequent price adjustments.

   III. Elite Quality Control (QC) & Dispatch Standards

   • Rigorous Pre-Shipping Inspection: To guarantee that every timepiece delivered to your hands meets the pinnacle of industry quality, we enforce an ironclad, multi-tiered testing protocol before daily shipping:

     • Aesthetic & Craftsmanship Verification: Microscopic inspection of all details to ensure polishing, dial printing, alignment, and security markers are flawless.

     • Professional Timegrapher Calibration: Comprehensive multi-position testing of movement accuracy (seconds per day), amplitude, and beat error to ensure the data complies perfectly with elite operational standards.

     • Deep Functional Operation: Full cycling and stress testing of all complications (including chronograph stopwatch functions, date quick-sets, power reserve indicators, etc.) to ensure fluid operation.

   • QC Video Confirmation: Prior to dispatch, our dedicated customer service team will provide the buyer with a live, actual QC video and statistical photographs of their specific timepiece. The order will only be securely packed and dispatched upon the buyer's explicit confirmation and approval.

   IV. Logistics, Cross-Border Shipping & Handover Protocols

   • Delivery Timelines: Shipments will be entrusted to premier third-party international logistics networks or express courier services for cross-border delivery. Estimated delivery timelines displayed on the website are for reference only and shall not constitute a legal basis for delayed compensation.

   • Package Inspection Obligations:

     • Upon receiving the courier package, the buyer must immediately inspect the external packaging for any signs of tampering, opening, or severe damage.

     • It is mandatory for the buyer to record a continuous, unedited video of the unboxing process (Unboxing Video). If any physical damage or product discrepancies are discovered upon opening, the buyer must contact our customer support within 24 hours of signature/delivery and provide the unboxing video as evidence. Failure to provide a valid video or reports submitted after the 24-hour window will result in the shipment being legally deemed as completely and flawlessly delivered.

   • Customs & Special Liability Exemptions: Should a shipment encounter force majeure during cross-border transit (e.g., extreme weather, changes in international customs policies, random customs seizures, etc.), we will actively assist the logistics company in clearance. However, risks regarding customs clearance delays or seizures will be handled via pre-arranged re-shipment policies or mutual consultation depending on the specific case.

   V. One-Year Warranty & Comprehensive Waterproof Disclaimer

   • One-Year Movement Warranty: Commencing from the date of delivery confirmation, we provide a one-year (365 days) complimentary after-sales warranty specifically covering the mechanical movement against non-human-induced malfunctions. Damages caused by drop impacts, external collisions, intentional misuse, or unauthorized disassembly are strictly excluded.

   • Precision Mechanics & Waterproof Disclaimer (Core Clause):

     • While certain timepiece models feature excellent structural waterproof engineering, a watch is a high-precision mechanical instrument. Its water resistance and seals will naturally degrade, wear out, or fail due to time, environmental friction, extreme temperature fluctuations (e.g., hot showers, hot springs, saunas, steam rooms, sudden hot-cold transitions), and user operational habits.

     • 【Water Ingress Exclusion Rule】 Any instance of internal water entry, fogging, condensation, movement rust, or dial moisture resulting from any cause (including but not limited to: failure to screw down the crown securely, wearing the watch in hot showers/baths, high-pressure water washing, or exceeding the rated waterproof depth) is strictly excluded from the free warranty. In such events, the buyer shall bear full financial responsibility for all diagnostic fees, component replacement parts, and round-trip shipping costs.

   VI. Intellectual Property & Limited Liability

   • ข้อกำหนดข้อยกเว้นการกันน้ำสำหรับกลไกที่มีความแม่นยำสูง (ข้อกำหนดหลัก):

   หมวดที่ 6: ทรัพย์สินทางปัญญาและข้อจำกัดความรับผิดชอบ
