Return & After-Sales Policy

Thank you for choosing Grand Watch House. To ensure a fair and high-standard luxury watch trading experience, please read the following policy carefully before purchase and delivery acceptance.

1. 7-Day Inspection Period

  • Returns or exchanges are accepted within 7 days (including the delivery day)
  • After 7 days (168 hours), the product will automatically enter the warranty stage and no return/exchange requests will be accepted

2. Return & Exchange Conditions

To maintain resale condition, the product must meet the following requirements:

1. Protective Films
All original protective films (case, bracelet, clasp, crystal, etc.) must remain intact. Any removal or signs of wear will be considered used and not eligible for return.

2. Condition Requirements

  • No signs of wear or use
  • No scratches or deformation
  • No bracelet adjustment or screw disassembly

3. Complete Packaging
All original packaging, box, manual, warranty card, tags, seals, and gifts must be included and undamaged.

3. Custom Products (Non-Returnable)

Customized watches are non-returnable and non-exchangeable, except for major functional defects.

Includes but not limited to:

  • Gold plating / gold wrapping
  • Aftermarket diamond bezel installation
  • Custom engraving (caseback, clasp, rotor, etc.)

Custom items are made-to-order and cannot be resold.

4. Shipping & Responsibility

Customer-initiated returns:
All shipping and insurance costs are borne by the buyer.

Quality issues:
Must be reported within 24 hours with unboxing video. If confirmed, return shipping is covered by us.

Return shipment:
Any courier service is accepted except cash-on-delivery. Buyer is responsible for shipping risk during return.

5. Return Process

  1. Contact customer service with photos/videos
  2. Receive return approval and address
  3. Warehouse inspection within 48 hours
  4. Refund or exchange within 3 business days if approved
